Born in Portland Oregon, Brandon began working in restaurants at the young age of 14. Local Award Winning and Classically trained for more than 25 years, Brandon has had the opportunity to learn from many other Chef's to refine his technique and devote himself to great food and innovative cooking methods, to bring people the most enjoyable experience possible.
